[Sí, esta es otra bio en 3era persona] Mano y Rudy se criaron a kilómetros de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, la capital de un país ubicado en el c*lo del globo terráqueo. Ambos, como buenos fanáticos del equipo más grande del mundo, aprendieron de todos los “no” que recibieron en su carrera para seguir empujando con las mismas ganas del primer día.

Los dos empezaron en agencias digitales, cuando lo digital todavía era el plan “B” de la publicidad. Unos años después, sus caminos se cruzaron en Saatchi & Saatchi Buenos Aires, donde aprendieron a pensar en “big ideas”: esas ideas líquidas y sin formato preestablecido que buscan generar conversación en una sociedad hoy tan segmentada.

Con el tiempo, la vida los llevó por caminos diferentes, con rumbos y estilos de agencia muy distintos. En 2019, Mano viajó a Madrid y descubrió el mundo freelancer, trabajando para más de 10 agencias españolas. Rudy, en cambio, se quedó un par de años más y fue director creativo en David hasta 2022. Luego también se hizo freelancer y en 2023 decidió cruzar el Atlántico.

Hoy, la ciudad de los bares los encuentra haciendo lo que más les gusta: pensar, pensar, pensar (ideas, soluciones, estrategia, formas de mejorar la vida propia y la de los demás), emocionar a clientes hasta las lágrimas (sí, sucedió), e intentar perder otro pitch mano a mano contra W+K. Pero esta vez, juntos en Ogilvy Spain.


[Yes, now in English] Mano and Rudy grew up miles away from the city of Buenos Aires, the capital of a country located at the very end of the world. Both of them, as true fans of the greatest football club on Earth, learned from every “no” they received in their careers, and used each one to push forward with the same drive they had on day one.

They both started out in digital agencies, back when “digital” was still Plan B in advertising. A few years later, their paths crossed at Saatchi & Saatchi Buenos Aires, where they learned how to think in big ideas, those liquid, format-free ideas meant to spark conversation in a society that’s more fragmented than ever.

Time went by and life took them down very different paths, with different kinds of agencies and creative styles. In 2019, Mano moved to Madrid and discovered the freelance world, working with more than ten Spanish agencies. Rudy stayed a couple more years and became Creative Director at DAVID until 2022. Then he also went freelance, and in 2023 decided to cross the Atlantic as well.

Today, the city of bars brings them doing what they love most: thinking, thinking, thinking (ideas, solutions, strategy, ways to improve their own lives and everyone else’s), making clients emotional to the point of tears (yes, that actually happened), and trying to lose yet another pitch head-to-head against W+K. Except this time, they’re doing it together at Ogilvy Spain.
